墨鱼汤可以说是我儿时的记忆了,而且是湖南人的记忆,自打高中出省后再没有吃过了,不知道是老妈变懒还是买不到好吃的墨鱼干(瞎想)哈哈~
用料
- 墨鱼干 4个
- 肋排 250g
- 五花肉 250g
- 生姜 5片
- 八角 2个
- 桂皮 1段
- 生抽 3勺
- 料酒 50克
- 盐 5g
- 葱花 适量
做法步骤

1、提前备好姜片和八角、桂皮

7、墨鱼、排骨、肥肉、姜片、八角、桂皮放入锅内
